I tried to go see the button bouquet and you are not able to unless you are approved access to her blog. I have no idea how to do that if she doesn't even know who I am. I was so disappointed. I really wanted to see how that was made…
The Bouquet looks like it was made with crafting colored wire. It looks like a long piece that was threated through both holes on the buttons, stacking until ur done and even wire lengths out the back side then they were twisted together to keep the buttons from sliding down and to re-enforce the wire to stand like a stem. They make diff gauge wire and diff color…… ; )
To make the button bouquet's I used 20 guage jewelry wire and cut them 18 – 20 inches long. Bend in half and add buttons as desired. Gently pinch together at bottom of buttons. I then inserted the folded ends into the chuck of a drill, holding tightly and firm the top of the buttons and slowly strarted the drill. The wire's will twist and you will have your 'stem'.
Love these ideas! Going to pin this:)
