Make one of these first. Or any of these really. Measure your waist. Cut 2 strips of 4mm elastic equal to the circumference of your waist. Use hot glue to attach the elastic. You can just as easily stitch the elastic to the flower with a needle

This is a fun one! Give it a try… The measurements given will accommodate wrist sizes between 5 and 7 inches around. Start with 24 inches of 1/2 inch wide ribbon. Fold one end under 3/4 of an inch and pin in place. Fold again and pin.
